SMS Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS communications through a MeasureIQ-powered program, we may send you transactional and participation-related text messages regarding your account or your activity within a program operated by the organization you represent.

SMS Consent

SMS consent is collected only after you voluntarily opt in through a MeasureIQ enrollment form, landing page or web application. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are used solely to deliver communications related to your participation in a MeasureIQ-powered program.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in by replying START or otherwise providing new consent.

Children's Privacy

MeasureIQ is an enterprise service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information as quickly as possible. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at support@measureiq.ai.

What Information Does MeasureIQ Collect?

Personal Information

When an account is created for you or you use our Services, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, job role or territory, the organization you represent and profile information you choose to provide.

Workforce Activity Information

We collect the activity you submit or that is captured through the Services — such as outreach, referrals, recruiting activity, content submissions, program responses and related timestamps — so it can be structured into intelligence for the organization you represent.

Billing Information

If your organization purchases the Services, we may collect billing contact and transaction details. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors, and we do not store complete card numbers on our servers.

Website Visitor Information

We automatically collect certain information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the date and time of your visit. We may also collect information about your device, including device identifiers and mobile network information.

How We Use Your Information

With Whom Do We Share Your Information?

Your Organization

If you participate in a MeasureIQ-powered program, information such as your name, role and program activity is shared with the organization that deployed MeasureIQ and that you represent. That organization is responsible for its own use of that information.

Other Ways We Share Information

• Service providers who perform services on our behalf;
• Law enforcement or government agencies when required by law or to protect our rights;
• Other parties in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets;
• Any other party with your consent or at your direction.

Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

MeasureIQ does not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information as described in this Privacy Policy, but we do not sell it for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Our Data Retention Criteria

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When your information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your personal information associated with your MeasureIQ account or use of the Services at any time by contacting us at support@measureiq.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

Please include sufficient information for us to identify your account and process your request. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, MeasureIQ will delete or anonymize applicable personal information from our systems, subject to information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

If you have connected a third-party account, including Facebook or Instagram, you may also disconnect that account from MeasureIQ through the applicable connection settings.
