Data Deletion Requests

Requesting Deletion
Your privacy is important to us. You may request deletion of personal information associated with your MeasureIQ account or your use of MeasureIQ at any time.
To submit a data deletion request, email support@measureiq.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
Please include sufficient information for us to identify your account and process your request. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
Upon receiving a verified request, MeasureIQ will delete or anonymize applicable personal information from our systems, subject to information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
Connected Social Accounts
If you have connected a third-party account such as Facebook or Instagram to MeasureIQ, you may disconnect that account through the Connections section of MeasureIQ.
You may also request deletion of personal information obtained through a connected third-party account by following the data deletion request process above.
